Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Romantopia, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Romantopia provides architectural design, planning, and consulting services. The specific scope of services will be detailed in individual project agreements or proposals.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for your project
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Make timely payments as outlined in project agreements
• Obtain necessary approvals and permits as required
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, specifications, and other materials created by Romantopia remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the deliverables for the agreed-upon purposes.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

• Initial deposit required before project commencement
• Progress payments based on project milestones
• Final payment due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees

Project Modifications

Changes to project scope, timeline, or deliverables must be agreed upon in writing. Additional work beyond the original scope may result in adjusted fees and timelines.

Cancellation and Refunds

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Clients will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Deposits are non-refundable.

Liability and Warranties

We strive for excellence in all our work, but we do not guarantee specific results. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for delays or issues beyond our reasonable control.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our professional relationship, except as required by law or with written consent.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through mediation and, if necessary, binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
